Secretary's Report
Igive.com: Current period earnings toward the 10/31/08 check
are estimated at $1.96 for purchases made through 7/31/08. We most
likely will not receive a check since they have a $25 minimum for
checks to be cut. The profit from Igive.com since it was opened
9/2112001
is $1013.00. There's been a huge drop in our reward
earnings. Please remember to shop through igive.com this holiday
season. You'll be buying gifts and gifting NHCOPSA at the same time.
Thanks to everyone who helped us.
Scholarship Committee: The flower bulb fundraiser didn't do
as well this time. We managed to sell $230 so our profit was $115.
The bulb order will be delivered to North Hampton PD while I'm at
the conference so orders will be delivered next week. Please collect
any outstanding money so we can make a swap when I drop off the
bulbs. We'll be doing more to raise the account feel free to offer
any ideas.
Banquet Preparation: A huge thank you to Gylene and Cynthia
for bearing the brunt of the workload on organizing this year's
event. Thanks to Gale for her hard work on the shirts and training
details. And a big thanks to Barbara for bringing the video
equipment we will need for the banquet speaker.
Respectfully Submitted, Jess
Miehle Secretary
