Community Spirit Award

Award Recipients

This year's Spirit Award went to three ladies from the Town of Windham, New Hampshire.  The NHCOPSA recognized Kathy Davis, Denise Dolloff and Ruth Calandro for the program they started called "Helping Hands."  Through their dedication and much work, these ladies obtain donations to provide clothing, shoes, and school supplies for children of all ages.  In addition to their work in the schools, they provide over 50 Thanksgiving baskets to those in need. These three ladies donate much of their time, as well as money, to make sure that no one goes without all year round for any need imaginable. We are proud to recognize all three ladies for their contributions to their community.

Chief David Dubois of the Rochester Police Department spoke briefly to our Association and commended everyone on the importance of the NHCOPSA.  Thank you Chief Dubois.
